Welcome to On a Whim. We will be celebrating our 9th year of business in November. We carry some of your favorite lines. From Katie Loxton to Nora Fleming. We have something for everyone. Our custom apparel and accessory department is the very best in accommodating all of your needs. We pride ourselves on working closely with our clients and meeting all of their expectations with their custom orders. Getting Married? Having a baby or buying a new home? We can help you with all your gift giving needs!
